1.Introduction
Remosia Co., Ltd ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This policy describes the information we handle (or, more accurately, the information we explicitly do not handle) when you use the iOS application "Maai" ("the App") and our website maai.remosia.biz ("the Site").
2.We Run No Servers
The App relies on no servers and no databases operated by us. All data you record (counter names, icons, colors, timestamps) lives only in:
- The local storage of your iOS / iPadOS device, and
- Your own iCloud account (via Apple CloudKit, with end-to-end sync).
We have no access to either location. Storage, encryption, and transport are handled entirely by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy and iCloud Terms for details.
3.Subscription Data
Purchases, renewals, and cancellations of Maai Pro are handled by the Apple App Store. We receive an anonymous receipt token from Apple solely to enable Pro features. We never receive your name, email address, payment details, or Apple ID.
4.No Third-Party Sharing or Tracking
We never share, sell, or trade your data with any third party. The App contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The Site uses no analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom).
5.Cookies & Local Storage
The Site uses no cookies, no localStorage, and no IndexedDB. Web fonts are served via Google Fonts, which does not set cookies.
6.Your Rights
Because all data lives on devices you own, you retain full control. You can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Right to erasure (RTBF): Use "Settings → Delete all data" inside the App to permanently erase everything with one tap.
- Data portability: Free plan exports JSON; Pro plan exports CSV and JSON.
- Pause sync: Disable iCloud sync for Maai from your iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud.
We honor data-subject rights under the EU GDPR, UK Data Protection Act 2018, and California CCPA / CPRA.
7.Children's Use
Maai is rated 4+ and is not directed at any specific age group. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8.Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. The latest version is always on this page; we will notify you of material changes both on the Site and inside the App.
